Perfectly polished

Nail polish is a great accessory to complete a look, it adds another visual element. I love experimenting with nail polish; therefore I’m always on the hunt for new colours. My all-time favourite brand is OPI. I’ve tried so many different brands and OPI seems to last the longest on the nail. The brush and consistency of OPI is exceptional. I’ve narrowed down the top must have spring nail colours. I’ve recently been obsessed with China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy; it’s so bright and fun for spring. There’s a wide range of colours in this year from lights, to brights, and darks. I’ve been noticing the trends tend to be a lot of pale pinkies, bright oranges, light blues, lilac, turquoise, and dark blues.  So try a colour you haven’t tried before, and let me know if you pick any of these up!!

Pink leather

Wow, do you guys hate me? I’m so sorry I haven’t been blogging, I have been SO busy. I actually started school last week for Fashion Arts & Business. So far I really like it, but its definitely going to be a lot of work. I think I have like 5 projects on the go and due within a month and a half. I’ve been trying to keep up with all the projects daily. I have to learn to set my priorities, any advice? I would love to hear what you guys have to say. I have been out of school for a year and it’s been hard to get my brain back into “school mode” so please, any advice? What have you guys been up to? Would you like to see my apartment? I might do an outfit photo shoot in my apartment for everyone, would you guys like that?

This outfit was inspired by my leather pants. I was going apartment hunting that day and wanted to look professional but still keep my style. I added the pink blazer to give it a business approach, this is a great way to change up your outfit. I also added a fun necklace to pull the outfit all together. I love the colours of this necklace. To top everything off I added my super comfy light pink heels. This outfit was perfect for what I was doing that day, don’t you think?

Brights!

Hello out there! How is everyone? I am sorry I haven’t been blogging. I have been so busy and I have lots to tell you to. So last week I went to Edmonton for my mom’s birthday. She went a couple days before me to visit family. While we were there we stopped by the West Edmonton mall which was so much fun. I love their forever 21 there! My mom bought a few things but I am trying to be super good with my money this month so I kept my wallet closed. One of my best friends is house sitting so on Friday night she asked me to sleep over at the house with her. The house was amazing, very fancy! We had such a good time. This week is going to be a crazy week, I am working everyday and hanging out with friends so I will try to blog as often as I can. Also Happy Canada day! Did anyone do anything special? I got out all my red and white clothes and had tons of fun. Hope you had a good Monday!

My mom bought this dress for me from dynamite when she was in Ontario. I totally fell in love with it, I think it’s going to be my go-to dress for the summer. It’s so easy to wear and it’s comfortable to. The pattern is very pretty as well. Since the pattern was very wild I paired it with a gold belt and some nude shoes. I finished off the look with some bracelets. This dress can be transformed from day to night, I love it!

Thank you so much for being patient with me! <3
