If you follow me on instagram you will know I have a slight obsession with anything marble. Marble has quickly become the coolest counter top to take pictures on. I love that marble is such a simplistic statement. It instantly brings a hint sophistication and chicness to decor, accessory, or outfit. Here I’m wearing my favourite marble necklace, I kept the rest of my outfit simple because I was doing a lot of walking downtown Vancouver, I needed to be warm and comfortable. What do you think of marble as a decor or fashion item?

These pants are seriously one of my favourites items in my closet. I think I've worn them to just about every occasion from work, christmas parties, and days by the pool. They are extremely versatile in every way. For a clean cut polished look for work I tuck a striped tighter fitting shirt into the pants and finish off with some cute booties. (It makes me look super tall) For an off duty, more casual look I loosely draped my top over, and added some sneakers, and of course a cool leather jacket. I hope everyone is having a great week!

 Quick hello today! I hope everyone is super fantastic! I’m actually headed off someplace exciting today. As it is Mother’s day this weekend, my mom and I are going to visit my grandma so we can both be with our mom’s! I’ll give you a couple hints as to where we are going: 1. It’s an hour flying time/ 10 hours driving from where I live, 2. They are very proud of their AAA beef, 3. This province does have mountains, but none where we are going. Any ideas?
