 Happy Wednesday! I cannot get over these black jeggings/jeans. They are incredibly comfortable which is rare for me to say because I am a VERY fussy jean shopper. American Eagle has so many fits, and styles it's always hard for me to walk out of the store with nothing. The fabric is also perfect for spring because it's not thick! What are your favourite pants/denim?

A couple weekends ago I was able to grab coffee with a very good friend of mine in Vancouver. We were messaging each other a couple days before hand and I asked her "When did we see each other last" and she said "a couple of years ago". I was floored, it really had been years as in plural. Where did the time go? We immediately made plans to meet up and girl chat. And girl chat we did, we spent at least three hours talking and catching up. So much has changed for the both of us. She is such a great friend, I think we will be friends for a long time. She has such a good heart, and is extremely passionate. These pants are seriously one of my favourites items in my closet. I think I've worn them to just about every occasion from work, christmas parties, and days by the pool. They are extremely versatile in every way. For a clean cut polished look for work I tuck a striped tighter fitting shirt into the pants and finish off with some cute booties. (It makes me look super tall) For an off duty, more casual look I loosely draped my top over, and added some sneakers, and of course a cool leather jacket. I hope everyone is having a great week!

Good morning/afternoon/evening whenever your reading this! Today I am sharing with you some of the things I am wanting for spring, ranging from fashion, beauty and home. I'm dying for that slip dress by Plenty, it's so gorgeous. While I was shopping downtown Vancouver this weekend I noticed that slip dresses were everywhere in the stores. Definitely will be a hot thing this spring/summer. I am a huge fan of neutrals/minimalism, but I also love a good pop of colour. I have also been loving ring stacking, and the opal stone is beautiful. Moonstone is also very similar. I chose to feature the Opal Pip ring handmade by Clair Kinder, but I also really love the Indie & Harper website for opal jewels. They have a ton of variety, and beautiful items. Green on Green

Lately I have been obsessed with cacti, and succulents. I don’t remember when this obsession started, but I just can’t get enough of them. If you want to see some amazing cacti visit yesterday’s post where I went through the Muttart Conservatory, they have some amazing plants! When I saw this shirt it was love at first sight, I could think of 10 ways to wear this wonderful piece. Has anyone been star-struck by an amazing garment? I chose these boyfriend green jeans with this top to tie in the green, and then to add some edge of course I had to add the leather jacket. I have been loving this one from Reitman’s I got a couple months ago! Who else is just as obsessed with succulents?!

A little colour never hurt anyone right? When i’m styling an outfit I always tend to reach towards anything black, It’s always a safe pick for me. While I was in Paris last summer I picked up this blazer in H&M, it caught my attention right away! I couldn’t get over this magnificent print, and it has been a staple in my wardrobe ever since. It’s a great piece to add life and colour to an outfit! Here I’m wearing it casual with a simple tee and Vans, but you can definitely dress it up. Super versatile!
