Green on Green

Lately I have been obsessed with cacti, and succulents. I don’t remember when this obsession started, but I just can’t get enough of them. If you want to see some amazing cacti visit yesterday’s post where I went through the Muttart Conservatory, they have some amazing plants! When I saw this shirt it was love at first sight, I could think of 10 ways to wear this wonderful piece. Has anyone been star-struck by an amazing garment? I chose these boyfriend green jeans with this top to tie in the green, and then to add some edge of course I had to add the leather jacket. I have been loving this one from Reitman’s I got a couple months ago! Who else is just as obsessed with succulents?!

Don't leave just yet summer!

Hey guys! How is everybody today? I’m back in my hometown for the weekend, and I love it! I had brunch with two of my friends this morning then went shopping for a bridal shower gift, and birthday gift. Tomorrow is my friend’s birthday and she is having a tea party! I’m really excited; I’m definitely going to be blogging my outfit for you guys! Yesterday my mom and I spent some time together; I always love having long talks with my mom about everything. I think it’s my favorite part of my life is my long talks with her, asking her questions about how to deal with everything that is happening. Do you love long talks with your parents? My mom actually bought me this dress while in Miami; she fell in love with the print. I absolutely fell in love with the print when she brought it home. I knew exactly what I was going to pair it with. I complimented this dress with a floral necklace. Both the necklace and dress have the same colours, so I thought it was a perfect match. To finish off the look I paired it with some white flats. This look is a perfect summer look for tea, or hanging with friends!

My "Canadian Tuxedo"

Hey everybody! Are you excited, two blog posts in a row?! I’m trying to blog more! I am back in my hometown for the weekend and visiting with friends and family so I’m able to get some good outfits snapped for you. Today I am going to the mall, and visiting a friend later who I have not seen in 6 months. I am so excited. It is a beautiful day here today and I’m also hoping to get some good tanning in as well. What’s the weather like everywhere else??

This outfit very casual and was inspired by the denim on denim trend. They say denim on denim is the Canadian tuxedo :) . So I went with those things in mind and picked out my version of the Canadian tuxedo. I added a graphic tee underneath and a jean vest over top with spikes. I love this jean vest; I’ve been wearing it non-stop! To top off this look I added my black cross body bag. This is a great look for hanging with friends or running errands. What’s you “Canadian tuxedo”?
